基于水利水电工程的施工导流风险分析

摘要 通过分析水电工程导流建筑物水力参数、施工洪水过程历时、洪量以及洪峰流量的不确定性,建立了导流建筑物泄流能力和施工洪水过程的模拟分析模型。然后对施工导流系统度汛各时段参数状态利用Monte-Carlo方法进行了模拟分析,并在此基础上确定了水电工程导流风险和上游围堰堰前水位分布函数。以辽宁省某水利工程为例,验证了该分析模型与计算方法的可行性与可靠性。 By analyzing the hydraulic parameters of the hydropower project water diversion structure,construction flood duration time,flood volume and uncertainty of peak discharge,this paper is to establish the simulation analysis model of water diversion structure discharge capacity and construction flood duration,afterwards,using Monte-Carlo method to simulate and analyze the parameter state of construction water diversion system at each time interval during the period of flood control,based on this,water diversion risk of hydropower project and layout function ahead of the cofferdam were carried out. Taking a water conservancy project of Liaoning Province as the example,the feasibility and dependability of the analysis model and calculation method was verified.
