多层次模糊综合风险评价模型的水利工程项目风险分析评价 被引量:4

摘要 对水利工程项目风险进行准确的评价并制定相应的风险预案不仅可有利于促进施工项目的顺利实施,而且在提升工程方向防范能力方面具有重要意义。据此,文章在遵循科学性、合理性、代表性、可操作性原则的基础上建立了风险评价指标体系,并将信息熵和层次分析法相结合提出了影响施工进度风险评价的方法。然后以陕西宝鸡峡韦水倒虹工程为例,通过分析该工程主要风险要素和模糊综合评价给出了相应的防治措施,以期为水利工程施工进度合理控制和工程风险防范提供一定参考和依据。 To evaluate correctly the water conservancy project risk and carry out corresponding risk plan is not only favorable to promote the smooth implementation of construction project,but also has important meanings for improving the protective capability of the engineering. According to this,this paper established a risk evaluation index system following the principle of science,reasonability,representativeness and operability,and put forward a risk evaluation method affecting the construction process combined the information entropy and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Afterwards,taking the Xiaweishui inverted siphon of Baoji in Shanxi Province as the example,corresponding protective measures were carried out by analyzing the major risk elements of this project and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,so as to supply a certain of reference and accordance for reasonable controlling on water conservancy project construction schedule and project risk protection.
