摘要
为解决某大型升船机用大模数齿条新材料-A35CrNiMo感应淬火弯曲疲劳特性基础数据缺乏,准确预测和评估该大型装备的寿命和可靠性问题,采用成组与爬山试验相结合的方法,对该种材料齿轮弯曲疲劳特性开展了试验研究,采用LABVIEW软件对试验数据进行处理,得到了齿轮的疲劳极限应力、弯曲疲劳寿命分布和不同可靠度下的P-S-N曲线,为该材料齿轮齿条可靠性、安全性设计提供了基础数据。
In order to solve the problem which was the lack of basic data of A35 CrNiMo bending fatigue properties for induction hardening of large ship lift with large module rack,predicting and evaluating the life and reliability problems of large equipment. This paper discusses the experiment of the bend fatigue strength of 35 CrNiMo induction hardened gear and Labview-based data processing. Obtained the fatigue limit stress of gear、distribution of the life of bend fatigue and the P-S-N curve family of different reliability. Provided reference data based on experiment for reliability design materials gear strength.
