摘要
工业互联网和工业4.0的到来,使得传统制造业逐渐向智能制造转变,对于专业技能人才的需求也相应发生变化。在新的产业环境中,职业教育面临着如何培养社会需要的专业技能人才的挑战。本研究拟通过掌握和分析智能制造对人才的需求,来促进职业教育与社会需求的接轨,即通过大数据挖掘方法,对国内主要招聘平台中关于智能制造行业对高职学生的招聘信息进行爬取与统计,获取智能制造对技能人才的需求信息;利用LDA主题分类模型,对招聘信息进行主题分类和探索分析,进而发现智能制造对职业院校所培养学生的技能需求的类型,即基础技能、机械制造技能和智能制造技能。结果表明,社会对技能人才能力要求最高的是智能制造技能,而职业院校在专业课程设置上仍以基础技能和机械制造技能课程为主,智能制造技能课程设置明显不足。根据研究结果,本研究从人才培养、企业参与、社会协调等方面提出相关建议。
With the arrival of the Industrial Internet and Industry 4.0,the traditional manufacturing industry has gradually transformed into intelligent manufacturing industry,and the demands for professional skills have changed accordingly.In the context of new industry,higher vocational education is facing the challenges of how to cultivate professional and skilled personnel demanded,by the society. This study intends to promote the vocational education to meet social needs by'analyzing the demand for talents in intelligent manufacturing industry.That means with the help of big data mining method,we can collect the recruitment information of intelligent manufacturing industry from the domestic main recruitment platforms,so that we can obtain the information of the demands of intelligent manufacturing industry for skilled personnel.Using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)Model to classify and analyze the recruitment information,this paper found out the types of higher vocational college students'skills demanded by the intelligent manufacturing industries,including basic skills,mechanical manufacturing skills and intelligent manufacturing skills.The results show that the industries pose the highest demand on intelligent manufacturing skills of skilled personnel.However,vocational colleges still pay attention to training students'basic skills and mechanical manufacturing skills instead of intelligent manufacturing skills.Therefore,according to the results,this paper puts forward some suggestions in terms of talents training,enterprise participation and social cooperation.
