2013-2017年绵阳市游仙区碘缺乏病监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis on the Monitoring Results of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Youxian District of Mianyang City From 2013 to 2017

摘要 目的了解绵阳市游仙区碘缺乏病流行状况和防治措施,掌握人群碘营养状况及病情变化趋势,评价防治效果。方法2013-2017年,按照东、西、南、北、中5个地理方位每年抽取游仙区镇乡各1个,随机抽取调查点8~10岁儿童、孕妇查甲状腺和尿碘,并随机入户抽取居民户食用盐检测碘含量,每个调查点抽取不相邻2个村生活饮用水2份检测水碘。结果2013-2017年,检查8~10岁儿童2000人,甲状腺肿大率为1.75%,监测儿童尿碘250份,中位数为161.20μg/L;孕妇200份尿碘,中位数为151.28μg/L;抽取居民户碘盐1000份,碘盐覆盖率为100%,居民合格碘盐食用率为97.10%;采集调查点生活饮用水50份,检测中位数为3.45μg/L,范围为0.78~24.20μg/L,低于10μg/L水样占比90.00%。结论绵阳市游仙区碘缺乏病监测指标均达到国家消除标准,但是地区水碘含量普遍偏低,应该进一步持续开展科学补碘工作,提高群众认知,科学补碘,同时应该进一步监测提升水平并扩大监测范围,科学评价补碘效果。 Objective To understand the epidemic situation and control measures of iodine deficiency disorders( IDD) in Youxian district of Mianyang city,to understand the status of iodine nutrition and the changing trendof the disease well,and to evaluate the control effect. Methods From 2013 to 2017,one town was selected assurvey spot from each area,the east,west,south,north and middle areas of the Youxian district each year.From 8 to 10 year old children and pregnant women were random selected to check the thyroid and urine iodine,and the residents were random selected to check their using amount of iodine salt,and 2 samples of drinkingwater were extracted from 2 non-neighboring villages of each survey spot to detect the content of iodine in thewater. Results From 2013 to 2017,about 2 000 children of 8 to 10-year-old were examined,the rate of goiterwas 1. 75%,there were 250 samples of urine iodine ,the median was 161. 20 μg/L,there were 200 urineiodine samples of pregnant women,the median of 151. 28 μg/L,about 1 000 iodized salt samples were got fromresidents,the coverage of iodized salt was 100. 00% and 97. 10% iodized salt were qualified. There were 50drinking water samples,and the median detection was 3. 45 μg/L,range from 0. 78 to 24. 20 μg/L,<10 μg/L of water sample were accounted for 90%. ConclusionThe detection index of iodine deficiency disease inYouxian district of Mianyang city has reached the nationalstandard,but the water iodine content in the area isgenerally low. It is necessary to further the monitor leveland expand the monitoring range,raise the cognition of the masses,and make the scientific evaluation of iodinesupplement.
