摘要
通过经管类专业学生的问卷调查,并应用结构方程模型方法分析教学策略对大学生个性化发展的影响机理。研究发现,在个性化教学策略中,个性化参与教学管理、个性化教学设计、个性化教学引导、个性化校园文化的不足都会显著约束大学生个性化发展的良好心态和大学生资源信息获取及机会利用能力,而个性化教学资源不足存在的约束作用但不显著,这些都会制约大学生个性化发展行为的自觉性和持续性。因此,为促进大学生个性化发展,要加强教学策略的个性化创新,提升教学策略服务大学生个性化发展的培养目标;加强教学策略的信息化建设,提升教学策略为大学生个性化发展服务的效率;加强个性化教学策略的系统化建设,发挥教学策略对个性化发展的整合效应。
Through the questionnaire survey of students of economics and management and the structural equation modeling method,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of teaching strategy to the personalized development of college students.It is found that the lack of personalized participation in teaching management,personalized instructional design,personalized teaching guidance,and personalized campus culture in the personalized teaching strategies will significantly constrain the good mentality of college students’ individualized development.It improves their ability in resource information access and opportunity utilization.The insufficiency of personalized teaching resource has a constraining effect but is not significant,thus restricts the consciousness and persistence of personalized development behavior of college students.Therefore,in order to promote the personalized development of college students,it is necessary to strengthen the personalized innovation of teaching strategy,and to enhance the training objectives of teaching strategies serving the personalized development of college students.The information construction of teaching strategy should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of teaching strategies for the personalized development of college students.And the systematic construction of personalized teaching strategies should be strengthened to give play to the integrated effect of teaching strategies on personalized development.
