摘要
大学生创新创业训练计划项目是培养高校学生创新能力、内生创新思维的重要途径,目前该项目普遍面临学生责任意识薄弱、教师指导职责虚设、过程管理与监控不足、项目成果管理松散等显性或隐性的问题,而使项目质量明显下降。为此,高校需通过建立学生和教师项目激励机制、增强项目过程监控、完善项目末端管理、丰富项目推广活动等改进措施,多维突破大学生创新创业训练计划项目质量管理的困境。
The college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training program is an important way to cultivate their innovative ability and endogenous innovative thinking.At present,the projects usually faces overt and latent problems,such as the weakness of students’ sense of responsibility,the absence of teacher’s guidance responsibility,the insufficiency of process management and monitoring,lax management of project results and so on.In order to solve the dilemma of quality management for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training program from multiple dimensions,it is necessary for colleges and universities to establish aproject incentive mechanism for students and teachers,to enhance project process monitoring,improve project end management,enrich project promotion activities and other improvement measures.
