摘要
本文中对高强度灰铸铁柴油机缸体缸盖铸造工艺进行分析,对高强度灰铸铁熔炼过程应该注意的问题进行了阐述,并将普通灰铸铁与高强度灰铸铁的化学成分、力学性能及金相组织进行了对比。结果表明:灰铸铁的强度和硬度得到了提高。
The casting process of high strength gray iron cylinder block and cylinder head of diesel engine was analyzed,and the problems that should be paid attention to in the smelting process of high strength gray iron were also elaborated. The chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structure of ordinary gray iron and high strength gray cast iron were compared. The results show that the strength and hardness of gray cast iron have been improved.
