摘要
针对复杂工程突发事件研判过程中多源异构的工程信息缺乏有效组织,过多依赖专家参与而导致信息利用率低等问题,论文将知识融合理论引入复杂工程建设的应急管理中,提出面向应急决策的复杂工程突发事件情报分析框架,将突发事件应急响应的研判过程分解为事前预警、事中响应和事后控制,并结合复杂工程阶段研判所需的常识性知识库、事实经验知识库与推理知识库,构建特征融合的应急情报融合框架,为复杂工程突发事件的应急响应决策提供依据。
In view of the problems of lack of effective organization of multi-source and heterogeneous engineering information and low utilization rate of information caused by excessive reliance on expert participation in the process of research and judgment of complex engineering emergencies,this paper introduces the theory of knowledge fusion into emergency management of complex engineering construction,and puts forward the information classification of complex engineering emergencies oriented to emergency decision-making. Analyze the frame.The research and judgment process of emergency response is divided into pre-waming,in-event response and post- event control Combining with the knowledge base of common sense,factual experience and reasoning needed in the research and judgment of complex engineering stage,the framework of emergency information fusion based on feature fusion is constructed to make decision for emergency response of complex engineering.Provide basis.
