摘要
目的分析比较3.0%、0.9%两种不同浓度氯化钠注射液鼻腔冲洗在儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年10月~2017年10月我院收治的88例UACS患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为高渗盐水组和生理盐水组,每组各44例。两组均根据原发病行常规治疗,并分别选用3.0%、0.9%氯化钠注射液进行鼻腔冲洗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果高渗盐水组治疗总有效率为93.2%,明显高于生理盐水组的79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽症状积分均有所降低(P<0.05),而高渗盐水组的咳嗽症状积分低于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。高渗盐水组咳嗽缓解时间和鼻部症状缓解时间均短于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童UACS采用高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗,能快速有效缓解临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effect of nasal irrigation with 3.0%,0.9%sodium chloride injection in children with upper airway cough syndrome (UACS).Methods 88 children with UACS from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into hypertonic saline group and saline group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine therapy according to the primary disease,and.nasal irrigation were performed with 3.0%,0.9%sodium chloride injection respectively.The clinical effect of two groups of children was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of hypertonic saline group was 93.2%,which was signifi- cantly higher than that of normal saline group 79.5%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment,the cough symptom scores of the two groups were reduced (P<0.05),while the cough symptom scores of hypertonic s'aline group were lower than those of normal saline group (P<0.05).The relief time of cough and'nasal symptoms in h ypertonic saline group was shorter than that in normal saline group,the differences were statistically sig- nificant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children's upper airway cough syndrome with hypertonic saline nasal irrigation can relieve the clinical symptoms more quickly and effectively and improve the clinical effect.It is worth popularizing and applying.
