摘要
目的探讨早产儿接受早期发展综合训练对其体格发育及发育商的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院儿童保健科收治的100例早产儿作为研究对象,用计算机随机化法分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组实施常规治疗,实验组则实施早期发展综合训练干预,比较两组干预后体重、身高、头围、体格发育商及智能情况的差异。结果干预12个月后,实验组的体重(9.66±1.39)kg、身高(74.06±1.23)cm、头围(44.56±1.52)cm均明显高于对照组的体重(9.10±0.74)kg、身高(73.23±1.28)cm、头围(43.10±1.71)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的应人能力(94.28±9.49)分、言语能力(92.82±8.17)分、精细动作能力(94.15±5.88)分、粗大动作能力(92.13±5.67)分、应物能力(94.05±6.71)分等评分均高于对照组的应人能力(88.52±8.17)分、言语能力(87.63±6.74)分、精细动作能力(89.75±7.11)分、粗大动作能力(86.59±9.76)分、应物能力(88.02±8.74)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿接受早期发展综合训练干预,可促进其体格更好的发育,提高其发育商,而保证其正常生长发育,意义重大。
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive training at an early stage on physical development and developmental quotient in premature infants. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 100 premature infants in our department were enrolled as research subjects. By computerized randomization, they were divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50). In the control group, routine treatment was used, while in the experimental group, early implementation of comprehensive training as an intervention was adopted. The body weight, height,head circumference, physical development quotient, and intelligence between the two groups after interventions were compared. Results After 12 months of intervention in the experimental group, the body weight, height, head circumference were(9.66±1.39)kg,(74.06±1.23) cm, and(44.56±1.52) cm, all significantly higher than those of the control group during the same period,(9.10±0.74) kg,(73.23±1.28) cm, and(43.10±1.71) cm respectively, which were displayed statistical significance(P<0.05). In the experimental group, after 12-month intervention, social communication and selfcare ability, verbal ability, fine motor, gross motor, and social adaptation were(94.28±9.49),(92.82±8.17),(94.15±5.88),(92.13±5.67), and(94.05±6.71) points, higher than those of the control group,(88.52±8.17),(87.63±6.74),(89.75±7.11),(86.59±9.76), and(88.02±8.74) points respectively with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive training intervention in premature infants can promote their better physical development and improve their developmental quotient, thus ensuring their normal growth and development, which is of great significance.
