摘要
为探究地震发生时超高层施工现场的人员疏散管理问题、寻求最佳疏散方案并提供疏散时间预测手段,以昆明西山万达广场项目南塔楼工程为例进行特殊性分析,基于P&M经验公式建立以疏散时间最短为目标函数的数学模型,并通过Matlab仿真分析研究疏散人数、疏散间距以及地震烈度对疏散时间的影响。结果表明,疏散人数的增多与地震烈度的增大直接引起疏散时间的增加,而疏散时间随疏散间距的增大呈先减小后增大的变化规律,0.3~0.6m的疏散间距为最佳。模型能对该类施工现场的安全培训与应急演练提供理论指导依据。由此对疏散管理工作提出若干建议与展望。
In order to research the problem of evacuation management at super tall architectural construction sites when earthquake breaks out,finding out the best evacuation program and providing time prediction methods,this paper analyzed the particularity of south tower of Wanda Plaza project in Xishan of Kunming,established a mathematical model based on P & M empirical equation to evacuate the shortest time of the objective function,and studied the influence of evacuation number,evacuation spacing and earthquake intensity on evacuation time by Matlab simulation.The research indicated that the increase of evacuation number and seismic intensity directly caused the increase of evacuation time, and with the increase of evacuation spacing,the evacuation time decreased at the early stage and then increased,and the evacuation spacing of 0.3m to 0.6m was the best.The model provided theoretical guidance for safety training and emergency drill of this kind of construction site.Thus this paper made suggestions and expectations to the construction organization.
