摘要
警察高校毕业生入警工作后,角色进入慢,适应能力不强,警务一线中所需的实践、实战应用能力欠缺。而制约这一问题的瓶颈主要在于,警察高校在应用型人才培养方面尚存短板,特别是实验、实训教学所必需的较为规范严谨的基本管理体系尚未形成。构建和实施"以学校管理——教学部门管理——实验教师自我管理三位一体的实验教学管理机制为提纲挈领……"等要素共同组成的警察高校实验教学的基本管理体系,不仅必要而且可行。
Police college graduates generally have the characteristics of slow entry, weak adaptability, and lack of practical application skills.The reason is that police colleges still have short-boards in the cultivation of applied talents, especially the basic management system with relatively standardized and rigorous experimental and practical teaching has not yet been formed.It is not only necessary but also feasible to construct and implement the basic management system of experimental teaching in police colleges, taking the school management-teaching department management-experimental teacher self-management trinity experimental teaching management mechanism as the outline.
