摘要
针对垃圾焚烧炉炉排驱动轴的混合型螺栓组法兰连接在外界载荷下的结构强度与合理排布问题,以混合型螺栓组(含2个铰制孔高强螺栓和6个普通高强螺栓)为研究对象,建立在不同排布方式下的有限元模型,分析了在预紧、拉伸、扭转、倾覆等载荷作用下的结构强度,进而对比分析了铰制孔螺栓的不同排布方式对整体结构的影响。结果表明在螺栓预紧的情况下,混合型螺栓组的最大应力主要分布在螺栓和螺母与法兰连接的接触位置;在外界载荷较小的情况下,对称排布的铰制孔螺栓相较其他排布形式具有更高的机械强度;当对称排布的2个铰制孔螺栓所在直线与倾覆力矩所在平面垂直时,混合型螺栓组法兰的整体结构性能最优、安全系数最大。论文为混合型螺栓组法兰连接结构的设计提供了合理依据。
In order to analyze the problem of structural strength and reasonable arrangement of mixed bolt group flange connection of driving shaft of refuse incinerator grate under external load,the hybrid bolts group( including 2 hinged bolts and 6 high-strength bolts) were selected as the research object,the finite element model under different arrangement modes was established to analyze structural strength under pretension,tension,torsion and overturning loads,and the influence of different arrangement of the hinged hole bolts on the overall structure is compared and analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress of the mixed bolt group is mainly distributed at the contact position between the bolt and the nut and the flange when the bolt is preloaded. When the external load is small,the symmetrically arranged hinged hole bolts have higher mechanical strength than other arrangement forms. When the straight line of the two symmetrical holes of the symmetric arrangement is perpendicular to the plane of the overturning moment, the overall structureperformance of the hybrid bolt set flange is the best and the safety factor is the largest. The paper provides a reasonable basis for the design of the hybrid bolt set flange connection structure.
