摘要 3D打印技术是现代工业制造领域正在迅速发展的一项新技术,其核心思想为增材制造。目前,3D打印技术已在铸造成形中逐渐使用,该技术推动了传统铸造技术的发展和革新,对未来智能铸造发挥着重要作用。综述了近年来国内外SLS、SLA、FDM、3DP、LOM五种典型3D打印技术,以及在铸造成形中特别是在铸造模具领域的应用情况,并指出了目前存在的问题及发展趋势,为今后3D打印技术在铸造成形中的进一步研究和应用提供参考。 3D printing was a new technology that was developing rapidly in the field of modern industrial manufacturing, its core idea was additive manufacturing. At present, 3D printing technology has been gradually used in casting forming, which has promoted the development and innovation of traditional casting technology and played an important role in the future intelligent casting process. Five typical 3D printing technologies of SLS, SLA, FDM, 3DP and LOM at domestic and foreign countries in recent years are summarized, and the application in casting forming, especially in the field of casting die, the existing problems and development trends are pointed out. It provides reference for further research and application of 3D printing technology in casting and forming.
