摘要
目的:比较全胸腔镜下房间隔缺损封堵术与经胸壁小切口房间隔缺损修补术在治疗房间隔缺损中的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的房间隔缺损患者56例,根据术中手术方式的不同分为全胸腔镜封堵组和经胸小切口修补组各28例。对比两组患者的切口大小、手术时间、术后重症监护时间、呼吸机辅助时间、引流量及住院天数等指标,比较两种手术方式的优缺点。结果:两组患者均手术成功痊愈出院,无并发症发生。全胸腔镜封堵组较经胸修补组,手术切口小,手术时间及住院时间短,引流量少。结论:应用两种手术方式治疗房间隔缺损均安全可靠,全胸腔镜房间隔缺损封堵手术创伤小,手术时间及住院时间较短,更有利于患者恢复。
Objective To compare the effect of total thoracoscopic atrial septal defect occlusion and transthoracic small incision atrial septal defect repair in the treatment of atrial septal defect. Methods 56 patients with atrial septal defect treated in our hospital were selected and divided into total thoracoscopic closure group and transthoracic small incision repair group according to different surgical methods. The incision size,operation time,postoperative intensive care time,ventilator assistance time,drainage volume and length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two surgical methods. Results The patients in both groups were successfully cured and discharged without complications. Compared with the transthoracic repair group,the total thoracoscopic closure group had smaller incision,shorter operation time and hospitalization time,and less drainage. Conclusion The use of two surgical methods for the treatment of atrial septal defect is safe and reliable. The total thoracoscopic atrial septal defect is less traumatic,and the operation time and hospitalization time are shorter,which is more conducive to patient recovery.
