摘要
采用可膨胀石墨(EG)对以聚酰胺650为固化剂、环氧树脂E-44为基体的体系进行改性。通过水平燃烧、三点弯曲、高阻计和西林电桥测试研究了EG含量对改性环氧树脂复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能和电学性能的影响。结果表明,添加EG可有效解决环氧树脂燃烧时的熔滴问题,减少可燃气体排出,当EG含量超过重量百分数为1.5%时,制得的复合材料阻燃等级达到UL94 HB级;随着EG含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度有所下降,体积电阻率降低,介电常数和介电损耗略有增加。
Expandable graphite was used to modify epoxy resin E-44 with polyamide 650 as curing agent.The effects of EG content on the flame retardancy,mechanical properties and electrical properties of modified epoxy resin composites were studied by horizontal combustion,three point bending,high resistance meter and Schering bridge test.Results indicated that the addition of expandable graphite can effectively improved the droplet of epoxy resin and reduced the discharge of combustible gas during combustion process.When the content of EG is more than 1.5wt%,the flame retardant grade of prepared composite reaches UL94 HB.With the increasing of EG content,both the bending strength and the volume resistivity of the EG modified epoxy resin composites decreased,while the dielectric constant and dielectric loss increased slightly.
