摘要
建立了采用TOC/TN测定仪燃烧氧化电化学法测定水中总氮的分析方法,优化了仪器最佳测定参数。方法检出限≤0.05mg·L^(-1),线性范围宽0~200mg·L^(-1),实际样品相对标准偏差<4%,加标回收率96.0%~103.0%。该方法无需另加试剂和前处理、快速简便、无干扰,适用于环境监测中各种水质中总氮的测定。
An analytical method for the determination of total nitrogen in water by burning oxidation electrochemical method using TOC/TN analyzerwas established,and the optimal measurement parameters of the instrument were optimized.The detection limit of the method was ≤0.05mg·L^-1,the linear range was 0-200mg·L^-1,the relative standard deviation of the actual sample were <4%,and the recovery rate were 96.0%-103.0%.The method does not require additional reagents and pretreatment,quick and easy,no interference,and was suitable for the determination of total nitrogen in various water quality in environmental monitoring.
