摘要
离子液体型表面活性剂是一种功能化离子液体,因其具有良好的物理化学性质,被广泛应用于食品、化妆品、工业等各个领域。本文归纳了咪唑、吡啶及吗啉3类常见离子液体型表面活性剂的制备方法、分子结构与特征性质,指出了在目前研究阶段中仍存在的问题,并提出解决方法;在此基础上,重点综述了离子液体型表面活性剂的胶团化特性、临界胶束浓度、表面吸附等表面性能;并进一步分析了其分子结构与理化性质间的构效关系,可为其应用提供理论支持;最后就离子液体型表面活性剂在今后研究过程中亟待解决的问题做出展望。
Ionic liquid-type surfactants(ILS)are novel functional ionic liquids,which have been widely used in the fields of food,cosmetics,industry etc because of their favorable physiochemical properties.In this paper,the synthetic methods,molecular structures and significant properties of ILS based on imidazole,pyridine and morpholine were summarized.The problems of these three kinds of surfactants in the present research stage were pointed out,and the solutions were put forward.And on this basis,surface active performances,such as micellation characteristics,critical micelle concentration and surface adsorption were described with emphasis.Furthermore,we analyzed the relationship between molecular structure and physicochemical properties of ILS,which can provide a theoretical support for further applications of ILS.Finally,we propose thecrucial issues to be addressed in studying the application and effect of ILS in the future.
