摘要
抗洪抢险主战装备抽组是应急指挥决策的一个重要环节,要充分考虑灾害类型、规模程度、环境条件、优先等级等要素。基于多目标优化建立装备抽组模型,选择既能满足救援要求且综合权重最优的抽组方案,科学确定主战装备类型、数量,提高抗洪抢险决策质量和装备效能,实现最佳抢险救援效果。
The main combat equipment extraction of flood control and rescue is an important part of emergency decision-making,which should fully consider the disaster type,scale,environmental conditions,priority and other factors.The multi-objective optimization model is established based on group pumping equipment.The extraction scheme with optimal compre- hensive weight is determined to choose the number of battle and the type of equipment,improving flood decision quality and equipment efficiency,achieving the best rescue effect.
