摘要
介绍上海董家渡金融城工程项目施工过程中BIM及信息化技术的应用,其内容涵盖施工场地布置、工况转换、施工工艺优化及复杂工艺动画模拟、复杂钢结构节点深化等。应用结果表明,信息化技术的全方位综合应用可有效提升工作效率及施工质量,降低安全风险,节约材料成本,全面促进施工总承包单位对超大型复杂工程综合管理能力的提升。
This paper introduces the application of BIM and information technology in the construction process of Shanghai Dongjiadu financial city project.Such application covers construction site layout,working condition conversion,construction process optimization,complex process animation simulation as well as the deepening design of steel structure joints.The results show that the application of information technology can effectively-improve work efficiency and construction quality,reduce safety risks,save material costs,and promote the improvement of the comprehensive management capability of large-scale complex project by general contractors.
