摘要
液晶聚合物LCP因其低介电常数、低损耗、可弯曲的优点,已成为微波系统集成研究的热点。通过LCP单板工艺,设计并制作了标准50Ω柔性接地共面波导(GCPW),分别研究了GCPW在平坦和弯曲两种状态下的微波特性。测试结果显示:在平坦状态下,GCPW在DC-38GHz频率范围内,插入损耗小于1.5dB,回波损耗大于13dB;在弯曲状态下,当频率小于16GHz时,插入损耗小于1dB,回波损耗大于17dB,其微波特性和平坦测试条件下的结果基本一致。该研究表明,在DC-16GHz频率范围内,LCP基板的形变不影响GCPW的传输特性,预示着LCP基板在柔性电路中广泛的应用前景。
More attention has been paid on LCP technology because of its low dielectric constant,low loss and flexibility.A standard 50Ω GCPW was designed and fabricated based on flexible LCP substrate.The microwave characteristics of GCPW in smooth state and curved state were studied.Test results show that the insertion loss of GCPW in smooth state is less than 1.5dB and the return loss is greater than 13dB ranging from DC to 38GHz.When the frequency is less than 16GHz,the microwave characteristics in curved state are basically consistent with the smooth one,the insertion loss is less than 1dB,and the return loss is greater than 17dB. The study shows that the deformation of LCP substrate doesn't affect the transmission characteristics of GCPW in DC-16GHz frequency range,which indicates the wide application prospect of LCP substrate in flexible circuit.
