富含血小板纤维蛋白在口腔种植中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价富含血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)在口腔种植中的应用进展。材料与方法:本文就PRF制备、有效成份.及其在口腔种植领域的应用和存在问题进行综述。结论:富含血小板纤维蛋白是全血经过离心得到的血液制品产物,它富含血小板、纤维蛋白及丰富的生长因子,因而对口腔颌面软、硬组织修复具有重要的促进作用。PRF在13腔种植学领域应用广泛.众多研究证明其有利于骨组织和软组织愈合和再生.是一种自体源性、生物相容性高的生物材料。近年来的研究表明.PRF在拔牙位点牙槽嵴保存.促进骨种植体结合.上颔窦提升后骨组织再生及作为生物屏障膜应用于阻止上皮迁移、促进新骨形成等方面均有应用潜力。但其制备方法有待完善,作用机制尚未明确,临床效果仍需高质量的随机对照临床试验予以确认。
