摘要
目的评估限制性抗原亲和力酶免试验(Lag-Avidity EIA)用于横断面样本检测的稳定性,分析德宏州2012-2015年新报告1型艾滋病病毒(HIV-1)阳性病例的新发感染比例。方法利用Lag-AvidityEIA对德宏州2012-2015年新报告感染样本进行新发感染检测,分析检测质控品标准光密度(Odn)值的稳定性,并比较相关人群HIV新发感染比例的变化。结果Lag-AvidityEIA实验中73块酶免板质控品LPC和HPC的Odn值变异系数(CV)分别为11.55%和8.87%。2012-2015年德宏州新报告HIV感染者中,HIV新发感染比例为8.48%,维持在较低的水平;不同人群中15~20岁低年龄人群感染者、男男性行为者(MSM)感染者、高学历人群感染者中新发感染比例相对较高,分别达到16.85%、17.65%、13.16%。中国籍感染者新发感染比例自2013年后呈稳步下降的趋势,由12.38%下降到了7.93%;外籍感染者中新发感染比例保持相对稳定。结论德宏州2012—2015年整体新发感染比例保持在较低的平稳水平,但是15~20岁低年龄人群感染者和MSM感染者中新发感染比例较高,应采取针对性措施对MSM重点干预,对低年龄人群加强艾滋病防治宣传。
Objective To test the stability of LAg-Avidity EIA in cross-sectional HIV positive samples and analyze recent HIV infection of the newly reported HIV-1 cases during 2012-2015 in Dehong prefecture.MethodsLAg-Avidity EIA was used to detect the recent HIV infections among reported HIV cases,to analyze the quality control stability of LAg-Avidity EIA testing,and compare the recent HIV infection rates among different populations.Results The LAg-Avidity EIA used 73 EIA plates and CV of LPC and HPC ODn values were 11.55% and8.87%.The recent HIV infection ratio was 8.48%at a low level,but the rate kept high in some younger infections at the ages of 15-20 years old,MSM and well-educated people,with ratios of 16.85%,17.65%,and 13.16%.The Chinese HIV recent infection kept decreasing from 12.38% to 7.93% during 2013 and 2015,and the proportion of foreigners remained relatively stable.Conclusion The overall rate of new infections remains stable at a low level in Dehong prefecture during 2012-2015.However,the rate is higher among the groups between the ages of 15-20 and MSM.So targeted measures should be taken to prevent HIV transmission in young people,esp.MSM.
