摘要
目的了解云南省免疫规划信息系统管理人员对儿童预防接种信息系统(Childhood Immunization Information System,CIIS)的满意度及其影响因素。方法于2017年11月选择全省所有县级信息系统管理人员,开展CIIS满意度问卷调查,采用多因素Logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果调查对象对现行CIIS的满意度为63.64%(91/143)。Logistic回归分析显示,调查对象月收入、单位有无经费投入、CIIS熟练程度、是否最新CIIS版本、单位CIIS管理人数是调查对象对CIIS满意度的影响因素。CIIS存在的主要问题为系统或网络不稳定、功能不完善。结论云南省免疫规划信息系统管理人员对CIIS的满意度低,需加强CIIS功能维护和运行保障。
Objective To determine the level of satisfaction with the Childhood Immunization Information System (CIIS)and its influencing factors among staff managing the Immunization Program Information System in Yunnan province.Methods We selected all county-level staff who managed the Immunization Program Information System and conducted a questionnaire survey of satisfaction regarding CIIS in November 2017.We identified factors influencing satisfaction using logistic regression.Results Among respondents,the rate of satisfaction with CIIS was 63.64%(91/143).Logistic regression showed that monthly income,funding from the employer,proficiency of using CIIS,and the CIIS version were significant factors influencing satisfaction.The .main problems for CIIS included that the system or Internet access was unstable,and system functionality was imperfect.Conclusions Satisfaction with CIIS was low among staff managing the Immunization Program Information System in Yunnan.We should strengthen maintenance of CIIS functions and their implementation.
