摘要
目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、D-二聚体(D-D)检测对肺癌患者的临床意义。方法选择2016年7月至2018年5月连云港市第二人民医院收治的120例肺癌患者,按照年龄分为A组(34-54岁,20例)与B组(55~84岁,100例);TNM分期:T2期46例,T3期74例。分别测量两组患者的血浆Lp-PLA2、D-D水平,采用Logistic分析结果与多元逐步回归分析结果。结果不同年龄阶段患者血浆Lp-PLA2、D-D水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同肺癌TNM分期患者血浆Lp-PLA2、D-D水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果显示,肺癌患者的Lp-PL坦水平、D-D含量与年龄、TNM分期有关(P=0.009、0.002,95%CI:1.007~1.069、2.621~12.168)。结论检测血浆Lp-PLA2、D-D水平能够明确了解肺癌患者的病情程度,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting plasma levels of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and D-Dimer (D-D)in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 lung cancer patients,which were hospitalized in the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from July 2016 to May 2018,were randomly selected and divided into group A (34 to 54 years old,20 cases)and group B (55 to 84 years old,100 cases),according to their ages.Among the enrolled patients,46cases were in T2stage and 74cases were in T3stage,according to topography, lymph node and metastasis classification.The levels of Lp-PLA2and D-D of the two groups were detected,and the results were analyzed by logistic analysis and multivariate regression analysis. Results Levels of plasma Lp-PLA2 and D-D levels were statistically different among patients with different ages (P<0.05),and they were also significantly different between patients at different cancer TNM stages (P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed Lp-PLA2 and D-D levels were correlated with age and TNM stages in patients with lung cancer (P=0.009,0.002;95% CI:1.007-1.069,2.621-12.168).Conclusions Detection of plasma Lp-PLA2 and D-D levels is conductive to understanding of severity of lung cancer,so as to provide a reliable basis for patients'clinical treatment.
