摘要
厦门市轨道2号线海沧大道站-东渡路站跨海隧道区间采用泥水平衡式盾构机施工。盾构机刀盘直径为7 043 mm,管片外径为6 700 mm,管片宽度为1 500 mm。跨海区间穿越地层地质条件非常复杂,先后穿越淤泥层,强风化、中风化变质砂岩以及微风化变质石英砂岩层等,其中隧道穿越F8、F10风化深槽。左线正常掘进施工至412环时出现异常现象,当推进至417环时,刀盘完全卡死无法转动,盾构机顶部海床塌陷,停止推进。经地质勘探后,探明原因为地层突变遇孤石群。打捞气泡舱底部淤积的石头及刀具,采取多种保压措施,满足高压进仓条件后带压进仓更换刀具、清理开挖仓、处理孤石。采取合理有效的措施后,左线417环出现的刀盘卡死、海床塌陷等异常情况得以解决,重新恢复掘进。
The slurry balanced shield machine is used in the cross-sea tunnel section of Haicang Avenue Station-Dongdu Road Station of Xiamen Railway Line 2. The diameter of shield cutter plate is 7 043 mm, the outer diameter of the segment is 6 700 mm, and the width of the segment is 1 500 mm. The geological conditions of the cross-sea subway tunnel were very complicated, it passed through various layers with silt stratification, strong weathering, medium weathering metamorphic rock and weak weathering metamorphic quartz sandstone, among which the tunnel passed through F8 and F10 weathered deep troughs. When the left line was normally pushed into the 412 ring, an abnormal phenomenon occurred. When it was pushed into the 417 ring, the cutting wheel was completely stuck and could not be rotated, and the seabed at the top of the shield collapsed, then stopped. After geological exploration, the reason was proved that it was the statum mutation encountered in the boulder group. The stones and cutters at the bottom of the bubble chamber were salvaged, and a variety of pressurepreserving measures were taken to replace the damaged cutters, clean the excavation cabin and handle the stones under meeting the high pressure entry conditions. After taking reasonable and effective measures, the problems were resolved and the tunnelling was resumed.
