悬空固井技术在冷43-80-570CH井的应用

摘要 冷43-80-570CH井完井面临水泥浆漏失污染生产层段、水泥浆倒回留塞低返、完井管柱下入困难等难题。分析认为,主要原因有疏松砂岩油藏易漏失、环空间隙小管柱难居中、固井工具性能不完善等。通过优选环空强力承托工具、注水泥器、扶正器等工具、优化工艺设计,达到了顺利固井的目的,并形成了一整套侧钻水平井复合管柱悬空固井技术,该技术对辽河油区同类油藏侧钻水平井完井具有一定的借鉴意义。 In the process of completion, Well Leng 43-80-570 CH is prone to cement slurry loss to pollute production formation, cement slurry backflow resulting in cement plug or low cement return. The main reasons for the problems are easy leakage of the loose sand reservoir, the small annular clearance causing the difficulty of centralizing the pipe string and the imperfect performance of cementing tools and so on. Successful cementing was achieved through optimizing tools,such as annulus strongly supporting tool,cementer, centralizer and so on, and through optimizing process design. A composite pipe string dangling cementing technology of sidetracking horizontal well was developed, which can be used in the sidetracking well completion in similar reservoir of Liaohe oilfield.
