摘要
生殖器疱疹是当今最常见的性传播感染之一。早期识别和及时治疗是减少疱疹持续时间或避免严重并发症(如尿潴留、脑膜炎等)的关键。然而在生殖器疱疹的诊治中存在诸多问题,困扰临床工作者。为此英国南安普敦医学系Patel教授领衔数十位欧洲各专业领域顶尖教授,于2017年12月在国际性病和艾滋病杂志上联合发布《2017年欧洲生殖器疱疹治疗指南》。该指南基于循证医学证据,对生殖器疱疹的诊断、治疗、随访以及减少疱疹传播等方面提供解决策略。
Genital herpes is one of the commonest sexually transmitted infections worldwide. Early recognition and timely treatment are the key to reduce the duration of illness or avoid severe complications,such as urinary retention or meningism.However,there are still problems in the diagnosis and treatment of genital herpes.Therefore,on December 2017,Dr.Patel from Department of Genitourinary Medicine of Southampton led top professors specialized in various fields of sexually transmitted diseases in Europe to issue the latest genital herpes guideline in the International Journal of STD & AIDS.Based on evidence-based medicine,this guide provides the solution to the diagnosis,treatment,follow-up of genital herpes,and reduction of herpes transmission.
