摘要
本文论述了指示百分表在平时计量检定校准修理过程中影响示值误差超差经常出现的各种故障,通常表现为指针位置偏差、相互之间配合不好、零件配件磨损、存在毛刺或油污、游丝失效等现象,进而通过观察指示百分表指针回转及复位的各种状态分析判断问题产生的原因及其相应的修理解决方法。
This thesis discusses various faults that often appear in the dial gauge in the calibration and repair process during the calibration and calibration process.It usually shows positional deviation of the pointer,bad mutual cooperation,worn parts and components,existed burrs or oil stains,disable hairspring and other problems, and then by observing various state of pointer rotation and reset of dialgauge to analyze and determine the reason of the problems and its corresponding repair solutions.
