摘要
对Cu-Se-Te合金进行800℃保温20min后,浸入液氮中停留30min的深冷处理,探讨深冷处理对Cu合金热物理性能的影响。结果表明,深冷处理能增大Cu合金的热扩散系数、热导率和热膨胀系数。在室温下,深冷处理合金的热扩散系数、热导率和热膨胀系数分别为0.339 3cm2·s^(-1)、124.97W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)和0.587 3×10-5℃^(-1),较未深冷处理前的分别提高了0.028 1cm2·s^(-1)、10.54W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)和0.232 1×10-5℃^(-1)。
Copper based alloy was cryogenic treated at 800℃ for 30min and immersed liquid nitrogen for 30min,and effects of cryogenic treatment on thermal physical properties of copper based alloy were investigated.The results show that the cryogenic treatment can increase the thermal diffusivity coeffi-cient,thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients of the copper based alloy,and their reach 0.3393cm^2·s^-1 ,124.97W· m^-1·K^-1 and 0.5454×10^-5 ℃^-1 ,increased by 0.0281cm^2 ·s^-1,10.54 W·m^-1·K^-1 and 0.2321× 10^-5 ℃^-1,respectively,compared with those of ones without cryogenic treatment at room temperature.
