摘要
目的观察补脑熄风止痉汤联合培元通脑胶囊治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床效果。方法选择2014年8月—2017年12月我院PD患者104例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)与观察组(52例)。对照组采取常规西药治疗(多巴丝肼+吡贝地尔缓释片),观察组于对照组基础上加用补脑熄风止痉汤联合培元通脑胶囊治疗,均治疗2个月。治疗2个月后统计2组临床效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前、治疗2个月后中医证候积分。结果治疗2个月后观察组总有效率90. 38%(47/52)高于对照组65. 38%(34/52)(P <0. 05);治疗前2组中医证候积分间无显著差异(P> 0. 05);治疗2个月后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率7. 69%(4/52)与对照组5. 77%(3/52)相比,无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论帕金森病患者予以补脑熄风止痉汤联合培元通脑胶囊治疗可显著提升疗效,缓解患者临床症状,且具有一定安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction combined with Peiyuan Tongnao capsule in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease( PD). Methods 104 patients with PD in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group( n = 52) and observation group( n = 52). The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine( NH and Piribedil sustained-release tablets),and the observation group was treated with the combination of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction and Peiyuan Tongnao capsule on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 2 months. After 2 months of treatment,the clinical effects,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were compared before and 2 months after treatment. Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 38%( 47/52),which was higher than 65. 38%( 34/52) of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was insignificant difference in scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After 2 months,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7. 69%( 4/52),and there was no insignificant difference comparing with 5. 77%( 3/52) in the control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction combined with Peiyuan Tongnao capsule in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease can significantly improve the curative effect,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients. Besides,it has certain safety.
