摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效,为临床推广提供参考依据。方法将94例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸治疗组和西药对照组,每组47例,治疗2个疗程后,观察2组患者治疗前后的治疗效果、总有效率、复发情况、不良反应。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95. 74%、76. 59%,组间临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组、对照组不良反应及病情复发情况比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效更佳,且不良作用小、复发率低。
Objective To explore the curative effect of acupoint application combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of spleen deficiency type chronic gastritis,and to provide a reference basis for clinical practice. Methods 94 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the western medicine control group,with 47 cases in each group. After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect,total effective rate,relapse and adverse reaction of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 95. 74% and 76. 59%,and there was a difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There were significant differences in untoward effect and recurrence between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with ginger moxibustion has positive effect on chronic gastritis,with slight side effect and low recurrence rate.
