摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合情景模拟教学法在耳鼻喉科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:将94名护理实习生随机分为实验组及对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用PBL联合情景模拟教学法,比较两组护生评判性思维能力得分。结果:实验组学生批判性思维能力得分与对照组学生相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:PBL联合情景模拟教学法有助于提高实习护生的临床护理能力,对护生尽快胜任临床护理工作起到了积极的作用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology.Methods:94 nursing interns were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used the PBL combined with the scenario simulation teaching method to compare the scores of the critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students.Resulets:The scores of critical thinking ability of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method can help improve the clinical nursing ability of nursing students,and play a positive role in nursing students to be qualified for clinical nursing work as soon as possible.
