摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者炎症反应因子水平与糖脂代谢之间的相关性。方法选取43例PCOS患者作为观察组,同期进行健康体检的正常女性43人为对照组。测定两组血糖、血脂指标及炎症反应因子水平。采用Spearman相关分析炎症反应因子水平与糖脂代谢的相关性。结果观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据Spearman法分析,TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IL-17水平与FBG、2 h PG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论炎症因子参与PCOS患者糖脂代谢紊乱发展过程,对PCOS患者进行血清炎症反应因子水平筛查有利于对糖脂代谢紊乱的防治工作提供新思路。
Objective To probe into the relationship between inflammatory response factors and glycolipid metabolism in patient with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods 43 cases of patients with PCOS from January, 2015 to June,2017 were selected(observation group), and 43 cases of healthy women who underwent physical examination in the same period(control group). Then, blood glucose, blood lipids and inflammatory response factor levels of two groups were detected, and the correlation between the levels of inflammatory response factors and glycolipid metabolism were analyzed by the Spearman correlation analysis. Results The TNF-α, CRP, IL-6, IL-17, FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1 C, TC, TG and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The HDL-C in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). According to Spearman analysis, the levels of TNF-α, CRP,IL-6 and IL-17 were positively correlated with FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1 C,TC, TG and LDL-C(P<0.05). The levels of CRP, TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 were negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05). Conclusion The inflammatory response factor are involved in the development of glycolipid metabolism in patients with PCOS, which the screening of serum inflammatory response factor in patients with PCOS is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders.
