摘要
目前耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医生临床技术水平发展不均衡,急需改革人才培养模式。通过对传统人才培养中存在的不足进行分析,以及基于应用型人才培养的思路;从临床教学方法、理论教学课程修订、临床技能培养三方面进行改革,探究适合我国国情的应用型耳鼻咽喉头颈外科人才培养的最佳方式,以期强化人才培养质量。
There exists unbalanced development of medical technology and uneven quality of medical staff in our current medical status,so it is urgent to reform the training mode of talents.Through the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional talents training and based on the thought of training applied talents,we explore the best training model of application-oriented professionals of otolaryngology head and neck surgery which is suitable for our country's national conditions by reforming clinical teaching methods,theoretical teaching curriculum revision and clinical skills training,in order to strengthen the quality of personnel training.
