摘要
中医食疗理论源远流长,文章对近年糖尿病及糖尿病前期的相关食疗研究进行了系统回顾,概括总结出中医食疗原则为比例平衡、食量有度、性味平衡,诸多具备药食同源特性的食物有明确的降糖作用,在临床上应用中医食疗理论进行辨证施膳可期明显改善糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者的血糖控制情况、生活质量。
The theory of Chinese medicine diet has a long history.This article systematically reviewed the related dietetic studies of diabetes and pre-diabetes in recent years.This paper summarizes the principles of Chinese medicine diet,such as proportional balance,food intake,and sexual taste balance.Many foods with homologous properties of medicine and food have a clear role in reducing blood sugar.In the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine diet theory for syndrome differentiation and diet can significantly improve the blood sugar control and quality of life of patients with diabetes and pre-diabetes.
