摘要
目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者进行血液透析滤过(HDF)对其微炎症水平与营养状态的影响。方法:随机将93例终末期肾病患者分为2组,对照组46例采取常规维持性血液透析(MHD),观察组47例进行HDF。对比治疗前与治疗3月末两组患者的营养水平(包括血清总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)和血清白蛋白(ALB))与炎症因子水平(包括肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-HCP))。结果:3月末观察组患者血液中TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,Hb、ALB、TP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HDF可较好的改善MHD患者微炎症与营养状态,效果较佳值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effects of hemodiafiltration(HDF)on micro inflammation and nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods: 93 patients with end-stage renal disease were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the control group,46 patients underwent routine maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).47 patients in the observation group underwent HDF.Comparison of nutritional levels(including serum total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb)and serum albumin(ALB))and inflammatory factor levels(including tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),before and after treatment at the end of March)Interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-HCP)).Results: The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the blood of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the end of March.The levels of Hb,ALB and TP were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: HDF can improve the micro inflammation and nutritional status of patients with MHD,and the effect is better.
