摘要
目的通过正交试验设计,对洋金花的提取工艺进行优化。方法选择乙醇浓度、乙醇倍数、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,采用正交表L_9(3~4)进行试验,以提取物收率和东莨菪碱含量为指标,进行综合评价。结果洋金花最佳提取工艺为A3B3C3D3组合,即加醇量7倍、提取时间3.5 h、提取次数3次、乙醇浓度70%。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,可为心宝丸洋金花提取的工业化生产提供试验依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of Daturae flos by orthogonal test. METHODS Choosing ethanol concentration、dosage of ethanol、extraction time、extraction times as four elements,orthogonal table L9(34) was used for the experiment.The extract yield and scopolamine content were used as indicators to evaluate comprehensively. RESULTS The optimal extraction process of Daturae flos was A3B3C3D3, namely 7 times of alcohol, 3.5 hours of extraction time,3 times of extraction, and 70% ethanol concentration. CONCLUSION The extraction technology is reasonable and stable,it can be to provide experimental basis for industrial production for Xinbao pills.
