摘要
为适应医联体模式托管后对医疗质量与安全管理提出的要求,提升医务人员对医疗质量的关注度,新疆医科大学第一附属医院昌吉分院积极探索创新管理模式,通过在全院范围内开展医疗质量改进项目的实施,形成人人参与医疗质量与安全管理的意识,切实解决医疗质量管理存在的缺陷问题。本文对医疗质量改进项目的实施应用情况进行定性分析,初探质量改进项目在促进医疗质量的提升、形成医院安全文化方面取得的效果。
In order to adopt the requirements of medical quality and safety management after the consortium mode trusteeship,and to enhance the attention of medical staff to medical quality,Changji Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University actively explored innovative management mode.Through the implementation of medical quality improvement projects in the whole hospital,the quality of medical care in which everyone participates was formed.The consciousness of quantity and safety management can effectively solve the defects of medical quality management.This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the implementation and application of the medical quality improvement project,and probes into the effect of the quality improvement project in promoting the improvement of medical quality and forming a hospital safety culture.
