摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者治疗前后细胞因子白细胞介素13(IL-13)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)测定抑郁症患者96例(病例组)经过艾司西酞普兰治疗前后IL-13、1L-4、TGF-β1的水平变化,与健康对照组90例(对照组)比较。结果治疗前,病例组TGF-β1水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,病例组IL-13、IL-4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,病例组IL-13、IL-4水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,病例组HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组治疗前后的IL-13、IL-4水平与HAMD评分之间呈较强的负相关性(P<0.05)。结论抗炎性细胞因子水平降低可能与抑郁症发生发展相关,IL-13、IL-4水平对于临床上抗抑郁药物疗效的评价有一定的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin 13(IL-13),interleukin 4(IL-4)and transformed growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in patients with depression before and after anti-depression treatment. Methods The levels of 1 L-4,IL-13,TGF-β1 in 96 patients with depression were measured by ELISA and compared with 90 controls. Results The levels of TGF-β1 in the case group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P >0.05). The level of IL-13 and IL-4 in the case group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the level of IL-13 and IL-4 were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,HAMD scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). There was a strong negative correlation between IL-13 and IL-4 levels and HAMD scores before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The decrease of anti inflammatory cytokines may be related to the development of depression,and the levels of IL-13 and IL-4 has a certain guiding role in the evaluation of clinical antidepressant effect.
