邮轮游客客体验需求对酒店管理专业课程体系优化的启示 被引量:1

摘要 用人方需求是高校人才培养模式确立的基础。除了基于企业需求的开发,基于消费者体验需求进行的从业人员能力素质分析和课程体系开发也是一种可选方法和对前者的有益补充。邮轮就是移动的豪华酒店,应用扎根理论方法对邮轮游客网络游记文本资料进行编码和逐级归纳总结,得出对从业人员的知识能力素质要求,并据此进行专业课程体系优化,分离出外围课程以及"前厅、餐饮及客房管理、商务沟通技巧及商务礼仪、专业技能实训及企业实践"这3类核心课程,通过与酒店管理专业课程体系的对比提供优化建议。 Employer requirements are the base for establishing of talent training model in Colleges.But compared with base of employer requirements,it is more direct and effective to analyze requirement for employees'competency and quality and develop curriculum system based on needs of consumers.Cruise is a luxury moving hotel.Grounded theory method is used to compile and summarize the online travel notes data of cruise visitor,this leads to visitor's requirements for staffs'knowledge,ability and quality.According to these needs,curriculum system optimization is carried out.Peripheral courses and three kinds of core courses are clarified,such as front office, catering and housekeeping management,business communication skills and business etiquette,training course and enterprise practice. Enlightenments to curriculum system optimization of hospitality management major are stated.
