基于混合电压矢量预选的逆变器模型预测共模电压抑制方法 被引量:7

摘要 死区会导致常规的模型预测共模电压抑制方法出现±u_(dc)/2的电压尖峰。针对该问题,详细分析了死区对共模电压尖峰的影响,并得出了共模电压尖峰产生的原理。根据该分析结果,设计了一种基于电流扇区的新型电压矢量预选方法,以克服死区的影响。对于因电流纹波较大导致电流扇区难以准确判断的问题,进一步改进电流扇区划分方法,并最终设计了一种混合电压矢量预选方法,以完全克服死区的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的方法不仅可以完全将共模电压限制在±u_(dc)/6之内,而且可以降低电流总谐波畸变率。 Dead time may lead the conventional MPC( Model Predictive Control) based CMV( Common-Mode Voltage) reduction method to generate CMV spikes around ±udc/2.For this problem,the effects of dead time on CMV spikes are analyzed in detail,and the generation principles of the CMV spikes are obtained.Based on this analysis results,a new current sector based voltage vector preselection method is designed to eliminate the effects of dead time.As it is difficult to identify the current sector accurately due to the large current ripples,the current sector division method is further modified,and a hybrid voltage vector preselection strategy is finally designed to completely overcome the effects of dead time.The simulative and experimental results show that the proposed method can not only completely restrict the CMV within ±udc/6,but also reduce the current total harmonic distortion.
