摘要
公路运输是我国主要运输方式,然而我国大部分公路货运企业面临信用弱、资金短缺、价格竞争等难题。本文首先梳理了公路货运信用、融资、定价的相关文献,构建公路货运融资、定价信用识别指标,给出活动信用、企业盈利及风险评估方法;并以实际案例分析总结活动信用识别使用经验;最后,提出公路货运活动信用识别及提升建议,以有助于我国公路货运融资、市场定价和经营管理活动安全顺利开展。
The road cargo transportation is the most mainly way of the cargo transportation in China. Most of the road cargo transportation enterprises are facing the funds shortage, credits identification problems and price making and market competing problems. In this paper we based on the researches of credit identification, financing and pricing of road cargo transportation, the files and knowledge of the road cargo transportation activities, to propose the credit identification indicators, weights of credit items and credit evaluation criterion. Finally we make suggestions to improve the credit identification and enhancement of the road cargo transportation, in hope of helping the financing, the pricing, the operation and management of road cargo transportation activities in China carried out safely and smoothly.
