人才培养目标的课程转化路径探析 被引量:24

On the Approaches to the Curriculum Transformation for the Goals of Talent Cultivation

摘要 今天的教育改革,要面向未来社会发展对人才的需求。新时代的人才培养目标是多元的,我们尝试用价值观教育、基本素养、关键能力以及21世纪概念加以梳理与归纳。培养目标也是多形态的,冰山隐喻、驾驶隐喻、涟漪隐喻是对培养目标特征的描绘。培养目标的实现需要关注从理想课程到文本课程再到课堂教学的课程层级间的转化。课程标准、教材是文本的课程,也是两个重要的课程载体。人才培养目标在课程标准中的转化,应关注培养目标的结构化分解与综合,以及目标与课程内容的充分融合;在教材编写中,中介性转化、多形态转化、聚焦式转化、多层次转化等方式是实现培养目标的有效途径。 Today's education will face the future demands for talents in social development.The goals of talent cultivation in the new ear are diversified,and we try to summarize them with values-oriented education,basic qualities,key competencies and the 21 st century concepts.Also,these goals are polymorphic,characterized by the description of them by using such metaphors as an iceberg,driving,and ripples.To achieve these goals,we need to focus on the transformation of the curriculum forms from the ideal curriculum to the curriculum text,and then to classroom teaching.The curriculum standards and teaching materials are important carriers of the curriculum,as well as curriculum texts.In the curriculum standards,the transformation of the goals of talent cultivation needs to focus on the structural decomposition and synthesis of the goals,and the complete integration of the goals with the contents of the curriculum;in the compilation of the teaching materials,it is an effective way to achieve the goals of talent cultivation by means of intermediary transformation,vari-form transformation,focus-oriented transformation,and multi-level transformation.
