摘要
液压挖掘机工作装置主要由动臂、斗杆、铲斗等部件组成,由于其为液压挖掘机的执行机构,其性能的好坏直接影响到挖掘机的工作性能。利用SolidWorks对工作装置进行建模,同时对关键部位进行有限元分析,优化结构,以提高其工作性能。
Hydraulic excavator working device is mainly composed of boom,stick and bucket etc.,because it is the actuator of hydraulic excavator,its performance directly affects the working performance of the excavator.SolidWorks is used.to model the working device,and the key parts were analyzed with finite element method,and the structure was optimized to improve the working performance.
