摘要
目的对比分析经阴道二维超声成像技术与经阴道三维超声成像技术在宫腔黏连诊断中的应用价值。方法选取经病理诊断确诊的宫腔黏连患者66例为研究对象,进行阴道二维超声成像技术及阴道三维超声成像技术检查。结果阴道三维超声成像技术对宫腔黏连诊断的准确率为90. 91%,明显高于使用经阴道二维超声成像技术的准确率(74. 24%),两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论经阴道三维超声检查对宫腔黏连诊断准确率相对较高,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyse value of the transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound imaging and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of uterine cavity adhesion. Methods Sixty-six patients diagnosed uterine cavity adhesion confirmed by pathology were collected,transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound imaging examination were performed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in uterine cavity adhesion was90. 91%,significantly higher than transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound imaging accuracy( 74. 24%),the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The diagnostic accurate rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology for uterine cavity adhesion is relatively higher,which worth popularized in clinical application.
