聚乳酸/柑橘皮渣育苗钵在不同环境中的降解性能研究 被引量:1

Study on Degradation Properties of PLA/Citrus Dregs Nursery Containers in Different Environments

摘要 以聚乳酸/柑橘皮渣(PLA/CD)育苗钵(CD含量分别为70%和80%)为研究对象,分别采用旱土掩埋、水田掩埋和露天暴露3种方式对育苗钵进行降解处理,通过质量损失率测定及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析和X射线衍射(XRD)分析等手段表征了PLA/CD育苗钵的降解性能。结果表明:降解处理35天后,旱土掩埋育苗钵的质量损失率最大,CD含量70%和80%的育苗钵质量损失率分别为52.00%和67.97%;水田掩埋育苗钵的质量损失率次之,两种育苗钵的质量损失率分别为29.20%和43.20%;露天降解育苗钵的质量损失率最小,两种育苗钵的质量损失率分别为6.51%和12.77%。旱土掩埋育苗钵降解后的微观形貌变化最明显,露天降解育苗钵的变化较小;降解后育苗钵的芳香化合物特征峰相对强度减弱,这可能是因为纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的含量降低;PLA的XRD特征峰强度没有发生明显变化,说明育苗钵的降解主要以CD降解为主。 In order to study the degradation properties of polylactic acid/citrus dregs(PLA/CD) nursery containers, two types PLA/CD nursery containers, which containing 70% and 80% of CD respectively, were used as research objects. The nursery containers were degraded by three methods: buried in dry soil, buried in paddy fi eld and exposed to open air. Degradation properties of the PLA/CD nursery containers were characterized by mass loss rate determination, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD). The results show that: after 35 days of degradation treatment, nursery containers which were buried in dry soil have the highest mass loss rate, the mass loss rates of nursery containers containing 70% CD and nursery containers containing 80% CD are 52.00% and 67.97%, respectively. The mass loss rates of paddy fi eld buried nursery containers are 29.20% and 43.20%, respectively. The mass loss rates of the nursery containers exposed to open air are 6.51% and 12.77%, respectively. The microscopic morphology of the nursery containers which buried in dry soil has the most obvious change, while the open air degradation has the minimum change. The relative intensity of the characteristic peaks of aromatic compounds is decreased after degradation, this may be due to the decrease in cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin content. The characteristic peak intensity of PLA doesn’t change signifi cantly, indicating that the degradation of nursery containers is mainly caused by degradation of CD.
