摘要
普通卷烟产品设计管理体系的符合性质量控制水平较差,且生产出的产品质量不能达到顾客的期望水平。为解决上述问题,设计基于精益研发技术的品牌卷烟自动化管控提升模型。通过分析原料"蓄水池"理论、"多级锁定"理论,完成对精益研发技术的基础理论研究。通过项目主要内容及关键技术研究、项目流程完善、管控数据整合分析三个步骤,完成基于精益研发技术品牌卷烟自动化管控提升模型的搭建。模拟模型使用环境,设计对比实验。结果表明,新型模型与传统卷烟产品设计管理体系相比,可将产品的符合性质量控制水平提升50%以上,且新型产品更符合顾客的消费需求。
The quality control level of common cigarette product design management system is relatively poor,and the quality of products can not meet customer expectations. To solve the above problems,we design a brand tobacco automatic control and promotion model based on lean technology. Through the analysis of raw material " reservoir" theory and " multi-level locking" theory,we completed the basic theory research of lean R & D technology. Through the three steps of the main contents of the project,the key technology research,the improvement of the project process and the integration and analysis of the management and control data,the construction of the management and control model of the cigarette automation management and control based on lean R & D technology is completed. The simulation model uses the environment,and the comparison experiment results show that the new model can improve the quality control of the product by more than 50% compared with the traditional cigarette product design management system,and the new product is more in line with the customer's consumption demand.
