摘要
首先利用状态空间法和综合指标体系对河南省资源环境承载力整体区域(2005-2015年)进行评价。再次,对河南省各城市的资源环境承载力进行包括空间系聚类、空间梯度分析、变异分析的空间分异。研究得出,河南省资源环境承载力并没有达到可载水平。从生态环境承载力、自然资源承载力及人类社会经济支持力看,较弱的是生态环境承载力及自然资源环境承载力,人类社会经济支持力较为乐观。从地区差异来看,2010年和2015年河南省各市的资源环境承载力的空间梯度依然表现出显著的空间分异,2010、2015两年的空间分异水平相当。2015年较2010年的环境资源承载力的空间变异系数减小,说明河南省的环境资源承载力的空间特征减弱,表明在"十二五"计划期间取得阶段性的成果。最后,给出相关对策建议。
Firstly,the overall area of resource and environmental carrying capacity of Henan province(2005-2015) was evaluated by using state-space method and synthetically target system. Secondly,spatial differentiations of resource and environmental carrying capacity of various cities in Henan province,including spatial clustering,spatial gradient analysis and variation analysis were carried out. The study shows that the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Henan province did not reach the loadable level. From the point of view of the bearing capacity of ecological environment,the bearing capacity of natural resources and human social and economic supporting capacity,the bearing capacity of ecological environment and the bearing capacity of natural resources were weak in a way. But human social and economic supporting capacity was relatively optimistic. From the perspective of regional differences,from the spatial gradient of resource and environmental carrying capacity of various cities in Henan province in 2010 and 2015,each city still showed significant spatial differentiation,and the spatial differentiation level of 2010 and 2015 was similar. Compared with 2010,the spatial variation coefficient of the bearing capacity of environmental resource decreased in 2015,indicating that the spatial characteristics of environmental resource bearing capacity in Henan province was weakened and periodic results were achieved during the 12 th five-year plan. Finally,some suggestions were given.
